Adolescent Psychotherapy
Being a teen during the pandemic is unlike anything your parents have ever experienced. There are challenges to stay focused and productive in school, maintain social relationships while still meeting the expectations of parents and family.
Many of the teens that I work with are trying to cope with anxiety, depression, academic struggles, and interpersonal relationships, while still trying to find out who they are (and who they want to be.
Therapy can provide a place where you can talk to someone else and make sense of your world. This is the place where you can set your goals and process the challenges you face on a daily and weekly basis. I work with your parents to make sure that what you say, stays between us (unless there are safety concerns associated with my limits for confidentiality).
