Adults who come to work with me explore a wide range of topics such as, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, career concerns, grief, and more. We will work together to develop a treatment plan specific to your needs and set goals for your work in therapy.
We will use Cogntive behavioral therapy to address how negative thoughts and behaviors impact your life. Psychodynamic techniques will help you develop insight into how your past may impact your present life. We may also use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to learn skills to manage stress, understand your emotions, and improve interpersonal relationships.
